No change on DSL from Guam.  Still at 220 ms and variance looks OK but no time to actually play from here this month.

The thread " How is the Main Arena connection for you?" was not good enough for this info ?

NO!  As stated previously, we need 5+ threads on the same subjects, and "compile all of the data" into 5 more threads.  :D

Damn, yer a BK, you should have heard that from Stang!

My ping has remained the same over the change. It's <200ms and I live in Finland. I didn't run Ping Plotter before the change so I can't say about hops.

Well I've been playing everynight and in the daytime since the switch and I seem to be about 3 seconds behind on everything but the voice. Icons appear then disapear, warping is real bad. I drop in on the tail of a fighter only to fire a burst and then he shows up 2.5k out. bombers are no different, only thing thier is i'm either dead because they get me or they are to far out. I have broadband 1.5 up 1.5 down. ping time on main screen is about 78 which was better than the 93 before but it is misleading. Lag and warping were rare prior to the change for me. Now thats all I have, it really is a disapointment and most of the time unplayable for me now.

One other thing I would like to mention about the new server location...On the previous ISP's/locations my ping to the server would get longer and longer the more people that were online. For example if there were only 200 people online I would get my usual 62 ping. If there were 500 people online it would jump to 115 or something. With the new location my ping is always the same regardless of numbers, 31.

Five fewer hops, nearly equivalent returns.  Still, 50ms is nothing to complain about.
