The rule of thumb I use here is...

If you're shooting at kurt, don't line up the shot.. If you're shooting at other people/things then yes, it can be helpful.

You can manuver your nose to a target, but then a little bit of rudder really helps to get the "perfect" shot, as opposed to the "only grazed his wingtip" shot.

ohh man i have these and there awsome they will take time to get use to but once you do you'll love them. trust me is way better then a twisty stick.

LOL i know the feeling. ive flown for quite awhile with my foot stuck halfway on the rudder

I must say that after getting some time under my belt with pedals , they are definitely better for fine adjustment that a twisty . Right now im getting comfortable with BNZ flying , but in a low turning fight to the death i still get flustered in split second situations . The game is really more exciting thou hehe

If your (home) office chair has wheels.. find a way to block them. Before I did that I found myself often far from my desk, with both legs extended... the cat and girlfriend giving me an odd look.

One question... can the "twisty" function be disabled so the pedals can be added, or does this transition require a "non-twisty" type stick?
