attitude adjustment
« on: July 05, 2001, 04:19:00 AM »
this has been the hardest part of AH for me.
I just do not like getting shot down at all

once again I am attempting to break a very bad habbit I have developed of whining and sniveling after getting shot down.

heres how you can help...

1. every time you see a p38 fly straight and level and be a nice target.

2. upon shooting me down after I say S! you should say somthing like: "S! keep up the good attitude Cit    :) "

3. forgive me when i slip up and start a rant. saying things like "thats why they will never make you a trainer" just adds fuel to the fire... yeah i do want to be a trainer

thanks

You could so easily be a trainer.

You're a dammend good pilot, and an excellent wingman; but the sudden Gunslinger26 impersonation every time your Tempest gets blown away is a little trying....

Tried switching to decaf?

Cit,

If it makes U feel better I choose a "expert" for every tour to see how to best fly a plane.  When I started with the A6M5 I chose Mitsu for a example and when I chose the P38 who else other than U to look at then the P38 master Col. Bong reincarnated in AH Citabria.  Keep up the good work Cit and I will be seeing U. <S>

Simple solution Cit,

Every time you go to type something you know you shouldn't, hit Alt + F4 instead.

Hang in there cit, BIG <S> for trying!

Cit, it's good you see that your own behaviour can be a problem.  <S>  That's the first step to fixing it.  Here are a couple of suggestions:

1.  Don't look at your score.
2.  Make your score so bad it doesn't matter.

Every time you log in auger 10 times before you go flying.  That'll fix it, or at least help.  :)
