Combat Tour is NOT for everybody. However, for those that wish to immerse themselves into a re-creation of WW2 action, based on the 8th AF bombing campaign, it will be wonderful. Bombers by the hundreds will be flying their mission with the objective to hit n% of the entire city. Fighters will escort them, with the objective to defend the bombers. German fighters will have the objective to down bombers and/or defend their city.
There's no capturing. There's no strat. There's pre-defined missions. You have to accomplish mission X before you move on to mission Y, and must do Y before moving on to Z.
So your MA concerns can't even possibly relate to the CT's city bomb targets. It's not even compatible.
That's not to say we won't see features from the CT trickle into the MA, mind you. They're just totally different monsters.
