But it wasn't as bad as some beverages that never made it to mass market. When I lived in a Midwestern city that was a trial area for new products, one summer we got to test (brace yourselves) lime beer and cherry beer.

They were two separate drinks, but they couldn't have tasted worse if they were blended. Notice you never got to try them in your town, right? You can thank us brave souls who used them for mouthwash.

I think it's the Red Bull CEO himself that said Red Bull is proof you can make a lot of money selling a drink that doesn't even taste good.

Diet coke and pepsi both taste awful.

Red Bull is good with some Jager or vodka in it.

Beer.

Never have liked it, tried for months to aquire a taste for it. I have found some that were less bad than others but none has ever tasted "good".

I like Rum. Think I will stick to my Cuba Libres.

Back in the late '80s I flew with Aeroflot down to the Black Sea resorts, and was served some slimy green juice with the in-flight food. I imagine that's what nuclear waste taste like.

Jagermeister. I can only assume it's made from used kitty litter because I've never tasted used kitty litter. But if I ever did taste used kitty litter, I'm willing to bet it tastes just like Jager.
