What makes a more frightening boogie man than 2 desperate drug crazed Hispanics breaking into your house in the middle of the night?

Just like that lady that killed her kids a few years ago that claimed a black man car jacked her and drove off with the kids.

It has been an interesting thread. It got more interesting as it went along and the inconsistencies in the story started to crop up. I haven't read a Detective novel in a long time but this was pretty good.
