Grew up in a small town in KY and had been competing in pageants since age 4.  Is it any wonder that someone that had been paraded around by parents since childhood would get a little crazy when turned loose in NY city?

My question is when did the state of NY lower their drinking age?  Seems that most of the people seen partying there is under 21.  (Don't get me wrong, I think the 21 drinking age is stupid.)

Miss USA means nothing... doesn't represent the USA of any part of it. The only thing represented by this person is a competition , just like an ice skater.... no importance what so ever. Not even based on looks or intelligence!
