I am entirely fed up with Hugo Chavez, as I am sure are most people.  It is an absolute wonder why the masses are not completely against his BS.  Oh wait, I know, he steals from those people that built corporations and made something with their lives, calls it nationalising, and then gives it to the country, so it "helps the poor"... What a flipping crock, this guy is a POS of epic porportions.

Hugo Chavez is as modern Hitler - he is taking power in exactly the same way.

Even the terminology is identical - hitler was granted dictatorial powers by a vote in the reichstag - this was called the ENABLING ACT.

Hugo Chavez just got his ENABLING LAW..

Amazing stuff we are living through - this will only end in war.

So he is "eL'Presidente" for life now?  Sweeping powers to create new laws all by himself? Sounds like he is using socialism as a cover to be a little dictator. Oh wait a tic............... :rolleyes:

well he has done wonders for the residential real estate market in miami we are flooded with venezuelans buying high end property.

I read an article in National Geographic earlier last year about him and his country.  It stated that he campaigns for the poor, but even till that article was published in NGM it stated that there was little if any sign of a result of his political intentions to the poor of his country.

Another 5-10 years and we shall see.

Short term he might make out, but long term no one is going to invest in a country that is going to take over(steal) their buisness.  If that was my company I would rather see it burned to the ground then have someone steal it from me.
