Skyrock... I do not recall having had an issue with you in the MA or on the BBS, my comment in this thread was ment to by ironic
and judging by your second post
It sounds like you appreciate the efforts of others and as such you dont seam like a self servring ego maniac
HOWEVER
The MANY Skyrock owns comments are starting to get to be a bit much.... I think your trying to be funny but others see them as the comments of a self servring ego maniac
In my personal opinion Humor is best when delivered in small well selected doses, not when delivered by C5 Galexy.
Think about some guy in the MA who asks a couple of questions and then think about the guy who asks every thing over country channel and who refuses to RTFM..
This thread started out as one of the good ones, but as doobs said:
Doobs (shot down Levi yet mate
)
I usually stop reading a thread once I start seeing chest thumping (though I have been guilty of it.... right steve ) So I have not read every post in hear and I dont know who is guilty of what.
Like I said this started out good went bad.... It would be nice if it finished on a good note.
Anyway I am done, hope you can take my comments as an honest opinion and not as an attack....
Mussie I appreciate you candor. I just would like to make one thing clear, the "owns" comments are usually triggerd by someone talkng smack themselves. For instance, these are some triggers, that will automatically get a SkyRock "owns" jab:
When I hear someone tell a newb to AltF4, he will get an "own" jab.
When I hear a guys arguing over the 1 con the 6 of them jumped I will start throwing the "own" jabs at all of them.
When I see peeps on 200, arguing, I throw the "own" jab in there just to stir it up!
When I see someone gloating on 200, I throw them an "own" jab.
When I see someone complaining about how noone will bring a goon, I throw them an "own" jab.
Don't get me wrong, I throw the "own" jab out there completely fishing for response sometimes, although abrasive, I find it to funny, and many times end up helping the guy if he gets amd enough to go to the DA and actually learn something. I throw it out to friends, who in response, say, "I owned SKyRock once, but I couldn't return him because the store wouldn't have him back"! The best one I have heard lately, and I can't remember who said it, was, "You know if you bought SkyRock for what he's worth, then sold him for what he thinks he's worth, you coud get rich!" I think that is funny as he11!~ LMAO!
Anyway, just don't take 200 serious, and there is no problem to be had!
