SR if you threw a punch and broke your pinky knuckle you don't know how to punch and you hit like a girl.  an effective punch is delivered with the index and middle finger knuckles.  if you twist the wrist and put your hip into the punch you are delivering the full weight of your body into the strike and it is damaging to the opponent provided you land the strike squarely.

The help section on hitechcreations.com and netaces.org

Same here, plus squaddies, and a lot of internet research on ACM.  I particularly liked "In Pursuit" by Kylander.

Beating someone senseless (that deserves it) until something breaks is still very effective.  It put the fella in the hospital. :aok

I had a lot of help, here and there from a lot of people. I would say that JensK, was my biggest help, next to Dutchie, who helped me get used to fighting 1v1. A lot of what I learned now, I have just piced up by myself and have worked on.

I had three main mentors, although I have always and still do film various people I can learn stuff from religiously. To my knowledge none of those three play anymore...All flew Fw190A8's very well in AW then later AW4W. I lost touch with them after that...

::gets on the resurrection bandwagon::

Forgot many of the AW types.

Here, probably learned the most from DA time with Levi and Vati and MA time with Hajo.

This is true...but when twisting your wrist you MUST keep it locked. youll roll it or just break it.
also dont forget to roll your shoulder forward

hit a makiwa fifty times every other day with each hand and all that stuff will sort itself out.  when you deliver a punch the opponent will know he's been tagged.
