slick as glass, no troubles.

Now after signing up I have no engine sounds, host connection lost error messages and very little support from the company here.

Well of course no one can help you if you dont tell them the problem.  Email  support@hitechcreations.com they usually respond to my email within 3 days if not sooner.  Keep in mind this is a small group of people that have to answer to 300+ questions and complaints.  It takes time.  Good luck.  :)

The problems you have listed may not be HiTech Creations fault but a connection problem on your end.
