sorry for the video quality, was first attempt at it using the codec's skuzzy said to use.The LA-7 tryed the HO twice but since i corrected and he missed
it was a deflection,LMAO @ that 1.

You'll notice that i lined up several targets but that Helbent was the only one to drag 2 away from the goal.It worked out well though for at the time i had 2 kills & helbent had only one and i was tryin to get him one for we had just re-armed and went back up when we ran into the 109's.I counted 5 of the 9 planes trying to engage.

I noticed a majority of the responses involved " there was no kills & i am bored"  ----well it's not always about the kills, it's about the FUN, and thats how i have fun, setting dumbarses  up for others.

Maybe one of you will run into my wingman & i.Hopefully whoever it is won't run away.

See you in the sky Bishes:aok

You mean once he loses his energy advantage he disengages it to rebuild E and recommence the attack from a superior position, so as to not find himself hovering over the deck with zero E while fresh enemy cons are coming into the fray.

How dare he.

I was attacking the bish last night and we had a good furball going but still I saw not only newbs, but vets doing nothing but flying straight at people blazing guns.  I was keeping my speed and dodging they're HO's and then pulling their 6 and killing them.  What amazed me about it though, was the lack of any other type of attack.  Ther was only two fellas that I saw that did anything different other than up the field fly level at the enemy and HO n pray, and that was N2DEEP, at least he gained alt and tried to cherry pick, and Ghi who gained a little alt in an la7 but ran when he lost it!  For as much as this is a "flight" simulator, many never fully learn the "how", to successfully master the simulated aircraft we have available.   They just fly at someone and start firing.  This used to be considered a newb move but I see many "vets" doing this.  Now the MA's are filled with two or three main types of players:   1.  guys that will run, even if they have all the advantages, if they see that you know they are there.  If they don't get an afk kill, they simplly will fly away......ie run dweebs  2.  guys that just up the field and fly straight and level at the enemy firing at any plane that comes near their guns and never trying to set up their kill at all.......ie HO dweebs  3.  guys that will only attack planes that are fighting other planes, and if they miss their shot they climb way back up above the fight to try again.......cherry pik dweebs.  Now many would say that these are the ways they are having fun, and I don't disagree, yet I would say that they might have much more fun if they learned a little about how to fight in a simulated aircraft.   Out of the 7 sorties I flew over there, I had close to 50 kills to only 5 deaths.  Only one of my deaths came during a 1 vs 1 and that was when Ghi picked me while I talked on squad vox.  The other times I lost it was at least 1 vs 3+ and up to 1 vs 6+.   In other words, their tactics did not work, I killed them with ease, I dodged probably 50 HO attempts and usually would kill the HO attempter soon afterwards and got hit by a HO only once.  In short, the HO and run tactics are just someone stating that they have yet to complete the course in acm!:aok

You should know the bish were on there way to bomb something.

If they wanted to dog fight they would be flying over one of their bases and about 2k, staying in there ack.

Silly man.

And if it were the Knights, they'd've brought a high goon, dropped troops over the base and started vulching while the ack was concentrating on the little men.

Is there anything that can be done about the above? I saw this done 4 times yesterday. Some kind of penalization? For every troops that dies from a goon drop, the pilot gets a 0.2 death recorded on his score or something. Talk about gamey.

Wow ... that was a huge waste of time ... absolutely no meat or potatoes in that video.

I would say the suckage was the common denominator for all in that video.

Time to call BS. I see ghi fighting outnumbered and stuff all the time why would he run from two planes when there are so many numbers around? If he was really there then he was on a mission. Cant be all that.

Unpossible.

Clearly the large group was so in awe of the spectacular ACM and gunnery of the two attackers, so blinded by the brilliance of their skill, that they had no option but to cower in fear of such uberness.

He's run from me before when he was "met at alt" and couldn't turn his cherry-picking K4.    I've seen him run many times from not only me, but other folks.
