Nugent on Gun Free Zones
« on: April 21, 2007, 01:48:17 AM »
For Nugent fans (and anti fans of course) I thought i would post a link here to his commentary about the most recent mass murder tragedy and how anti gun fervor has actually enabled mass murder instead of preventing it by creating Gun Free Zones.....where only law abiding people are defenseless.

Here is a sample of the Teds musings:

Thirty-two people dead on a U.S. college campus pursuing their American Dream, mowed-down over an extended period of time by a lone, non-American gunman in possession of a firearm on campus in defiance of a zero-tolerance gun ban. Feel better yet? Didn't think so.
======================

Ted has a way with cutting down to the chase....hell, He chops the entire digit clean off.  I have always liked the guy.....

I've always liked Ted and his stance on hunting, but they don't call him the Motor City Madman for nothing.

Nugent's a hoot.  He's got absolutely no use for all the pc bs out there.

John Thatsaman? from Tennessee makes the mistake that so many do who quote scripture out of context just to make a point.

Christ was rebuking Peter for using violence unnecessarily, and in defiance of God's will, which required that Christ be arrested, tried, and sacrificed.

But he also said, "He who has no sword, let him go and sell his garment, and buy one."  This in reference to a coming period of chaos in which the common man would be forced to defend himself and his loved ones.

The Nuge just plain rocks.
His ability and desire to PO the PC crowd that likes to ***** foot around issues is worth the price for his music alone.

I can't stand Rush, Ann is fun entertainment only because she makes the left tighten panties(and lately the right..) with her comments, O'Reilly is an arrogant ass....but Ted? I can relate to Ted. Great commentary, thanks for sharing it, Yeager.

Agree with the article to a certain extent. His examples are good, especially the school principle incident.

rosco... very few of us live by the sword... or any other weapon.  We make our living in other fields.   we pursue happiness.. we keep guns to deter those who would stop us from these pursuits.

No.. we only make gods vision true... those who would live by the gun will die by ours.

His rants these days seem counter to the guy who smeered crap all over himself and didn't bathe for a couple of weeks in order to avoid the draft and an opportunity to truly express his bravado in a real shooting war.
