If the bombers and C47 F3 views give you views that "multiple eyes" would not get then remove them. When I use F3 I can clearly see everything around my entire plane. Clearly. Now I've never been in a C47, but when I did fly in the Texas Raiders B17 I don't recall being able to see around every inch of the airplane.
I suppose there's no easy answer -- I can use F3 and rotate to views not normally seen by human eyes; I can pretend that F3 simulates "multiple eyes" to the best of it's ability; I can not use F3 and switch from turret to turret; or I can rely on a human gunner to tell me (the pilot) where the cons are.
Not that it makes any difference if I know where the cons are; when I have a human gunner, I don't take severe evasive moves anyways -- it screws up my gunners shots.
Just my opinion.
<edit: On second thought, if I had a gunner in every position in a B17 then I just might be able to see as much as F3 provides, what with the nose, tail, upper, and ball gunners. B17 should be the only one who has F3; these other planes without ball gunners should not be able to see under the plane>
