A high Hurri2c

I fear pilots more than planes. One good stick is equal to 3 newbs.. One great stick is equal to a small squad. Two great stick in tempest can clear a sector.

Fly a spit 16 and you really dont have a problem with any other plane in the game but that high hurri..

anything with a meatball on it, not fear but know it's going to be a pain in the arse. not to much fear in blowing up free planes.

Try RTB with 54 kills onboard in a tempest and no gas.

Fear does come into plane when you just spent the last hour and half "white knuckled"..

Easy answer...the 3rd guy in {bad guy}...doesnt matter who he is or what he's flying. Invariably he forces you off the con you've been trying to set up and forces you to give up any offensive capability you generated. He then extends out to 5k or so and rolls back in right when your totally locked in with the other two.

262 because if I see one while I'm alone there's a high likelyhood I'll die and if I'm in one there's a high likelyhood I'll die.

Then again in an A-20 you tend to worry about everybody:)....and the thing you fear the most....is the control surfaces on your own plane:huh :cry :o :( :furious :furious :furious

I don't "fear" anything, but there are a couple things I don't much like fighting. I hate Yaks. I have no trouble at all out-flying them, but they're so ***** hard for me to hit with 30's. Infuriating things. I have a similar distaste for Tempests... again, not because I can't out-fly them, but because I know they're going to run like hell as soon as they realize they're outmatched.

i fly the la7 alot...but it is not a plane i fear when i run into one no matter what im in....it is not the best turner by far and its speed can be a huge detriment once "it catches you" if you know how to fly...

what is funny (if you read the "i hate the la7" posts carefully) is that the reason many guys dont like it is because they cant outrun it...there ya have it...THEY want to be in the fastest plane and they cant stand other fast planes that can outturn theirs.

THIS is exactly why i fly the LA7..i LOVE running into a group of uber pilots who run as soon as a coalt/e plane shows up and chasing them down and nailing them to the wall....there is no better plane for it...FWs, P51s, f4u1-Cs etc just cant get away...i.e. YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR CAPABILITIES AND HAVE SOME SA.

all this being said...some good SA and tactics (discipline) will allow any decent stick to stay away from faster planes...i flew the 190-a8 last night and landed 12 kills between two consecutive runs...but when faster planes showed up i had to egress if their E was better then mine...and i had to let some kills go bcause turning with them would have bled my E too much...

so everytime i hear/see someone whining about ANY plane...then i know there is an undisciplined pilot and i hope i run into them in the MA...:D

For me it's the P38, usually the G or the J model, I've had my prettythang handed to me numerous times by some really good 38 drivers, guys like corky and pawz come to mind.
Everytime I meet a 38 and he suddenly dissapears and then pops round on your 6, I'm thinking I might as well hit enter 3 times to save the 38 from using ammo.
Quick edit to this, Platano in any 109 is not someone you want to meet either, you'll more than likely be back in the tower before too long.

Froma  base capture point of you.

THe IL-2 is mass. cause I left the bomber hanger up.

THe Niki. Everytime im in the sight getting ready to drop. I hear the tell tale cannon round, forces me out of the scope to see em, 1k out.

The Hi P47, gonna loose one plane before I shoot it down. 2 High 47's,  drop all ords fairly quick, cause this is gonna hurt.More then likley were all going down.

190 A8 30 Mil gonna leave a mark. Another drone down.

From the defend point of view, 2 Very High B24's, all hangers going down.

B17, there goes the town, Also could be LANC.

For the other situations, I just take it with how it comes, But Im a Spit dweeb myself.
Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.
