Was wondering why Blue was full all night---I spent 3 hours on and off tryin to get into Blue, finally got in about 11:30 est (I thinking eny had kicked in in Orange as well, either Bish or nit had major logoffs, which made Orange even LESS fun (Well, that and getting spanked by endless K4's and 262's)

I agree completly lynx

I am also sure that those perk potatos were newbies, cause i can easily accumiate 75 perks in a matter of 3 hours if i feel the need to.

I THINK A AUTO KICK WOULD BE PERFECT, WOULD GET RID OF AFK'S AND SAVE ON BANDWIDTH FOR HIGH TECH AS WELL AS KEEP THE ARENA FROM STAYING FULL.

I see nothing but all PROS and no CONS for that, sounds like a awsome idea maybe we should post that idea in the right forum.

Perhaps, and I'm sure they'll be pleased when you grace your team with that rendition next time perk prowling occurs over there.

It happened to bish in orange last night lynx, we reached ENY 29 at one point.

:huh

These threads just keep getting dumber.
The guys going around dreaming up ways to be offended by other peoples game play is getting much worse than the actions of those they are complaining about.

I tell you what say ye................ Get a life drama queen. Worry about your own game play and not what the other guy is doing.

You're correct.  These threads just keep getting dumber.  Evidence:  Your post.

By the way,  have you been hanging around in the tower looking for cheap perks?

I have seen this trend, and I think that anyone who feels they need to "Hang-out" waiting for reset perks, is likely so unskilled as a pilot, this may be the only way they CAN get perks.  Perks are like water for me, and everyone else who understands the game. They are over there in the faucet, and anytime we want some, we just got turn it on.

I dont get many perks by way of reset because I dont really care for the gameplay that usually occurs during or just before reset. Its usually horde r be horded & im not amused by either.

What good are perks anyway?

Yesterday, Rooks were 1 base away from the reset....

220 PM CDST

Rooks-108
Bishops-52
Knights-59

523 PM CDST

Rooks-131
Bishops-82
Knights-96

We fought 'em back...even at those numbers.  They still didn't get the reset when I left at 700 PM CDST.

I hope their ENY was so bad, all they could fly was Stukas.

But i can also say, that since flying as a knit, we don't have to deal with eny very often, so thats the other solution.

You Sir cannot read.  The title to the thread is PERK prowlers not ENY is very nasty and we all hate it blah blah blah.  I ended the opening thread with

Would it be unreasonable to request guys that are going to go AFK for more than a hour to log off. Would it be unjust to say if your done for the day your done....LOG OFF

I and many others have no problem with ENY.  In a situation such as yesterday ENY was expected, dealt with and lived with.  Bronk are you still following so far?   Everyone knows the options if they can't live with ENY.  I even think you understand those option as you indicated your seldom effected by it.

Those that decide to and, you'll have to understand whats about to be said, live with ENY have a right to do so.  It's their choice.  Meaning that said player is fully aware of what ENY and what consequences of ENY are.    Still following Bronk ?

Now here's the punch lines the meanings of the thread .....

Would it be of fair game, gentlemanly order, good sportsmanship, sense of fair play, or indeed good manners to log off once your day is done.?

I'm sure a clever, articulate and sporting chap such as your self would hold these values quite dear.  Would you or those of your ilk, hypothetically speaking   , having consciously accepted ENY upon yourself, then force those NEEDLESSLY  (here's the other part to the punch line) HIGHER  ENY consequences on others by your deliberate abstinence of activity and wilful intention of perk collecting.  i.e leaving your virtual pilot in tower to collect a paltry sum of perkies and therefore creating a false ENY calibration ?

Phew......that was deep Bronk / Shifty or anyone else misconstruing, wilful or otherwise, the meaning of this thread.  I hope you all kept up?

Shifty you said

The guys going around dreaming up ways to be offended by other peoples game play

Don't you mean "offended by other peoples lack of game play" ? if we're to take on board your input.

So in simple diction...that's words by the way.  I'll reiterate (say again)

1)  Would it be unjust to say if your done for the day your done....LOG OFF[/I]

2)  A request for sporting behaviour.  If your in it to win it then go ahead and actively win it.

3) The thread refers to inactivity procuring a false ENY calibration.  Not about ENY per-say.

The perk system is as FUBAR as the ENY, which is as FUBAR as the score/rank system, which compares with FUBAR condition of the collission modeling  BUT---- they all pale in comparison to the current FUBAR condition of our stale arse maps!!:rofl :aok :D

Still the best show in town, problem is they know it:(

I think there are more reasons to sit in the tower than just staying in game to collect reset perks -because it doesn't work that way.
Like I stated already, it isn't necessary to stay in the arena to get the reset perks.
