How about this;

Last week I busted both wings in half on my F6F.  I flew back to base but the engine died coming in and I was having trouble lining up on the runway in time.  I touched down over 1/2 down the runway, wheels down, engine dead and was going to overshoot the end of the runway so I pushed the stick forward and ended up at the very end of the runway standing on my nose.  It was the only way I could think of to come to a stop in time and stay on the runway and it worked.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

the Belly Landings Team (BLT) has deemed your case acceptable, as in the case of same said situation whence a player may be forced to stir the rudders hard enough to twist off the undercart and thus remain able to land any kills beheld.

thank you for your loyalty.

If that happens, yank back on the stick hard (enough to pull gear off ground but not to flip over). Stall 'er if you have to. Pull gear up FAST then set 'er back down. Hard if you have to. I don't recommend it for all landings, but for such cases as you typed (emergency, coming in too hot, gear already down) it slows you down faster.
