He has to actually make a direct comparison, I believe. However, since you have entered the breech, and Hitler has been mentioned specifically, in this instance, the probability of Hitler being mentioned is in fact 1, and I declare this discussion effectively over.

Thank you, and have a pleasant afternoon, meine kameraden.

I can certainly understand the "Refuge" feeling. I get that way sometimes myself.

Actually, the expression, "The Children are our Future" is correct, but like everything else in this world , it has been convaluted, twisted and misused. The future is not theirs until we adults make them ready for it. I work with "At Risk" kids on a daily basis and in most every case, the reason for them being "At Risk" is that somehwere along the line, some "Adult" has let them down.

in return Sir....See ya up in the Blue!

.

Believe it or not the old days when everyone knew everyone were
better .

.

yeah, good point, which is actualy the real problem here for most vets.

start getting to know everyone again and the problem is gone.

being 'antisocial' because you're afraid everyone you meet will be a whiney child does not help anyone get to know everyone.

Question to anyone who's been around for a while continuously... has the collective level of skill gone down?  I've been gone for a few years at least, and now that I'm back and flying again it seems a lot easier than it was in the past.  Perhaps I've lost some bad habits that got me killed more back in the day.  Whatever the case, I'm having fun again, though, and that's the important part.

Dowding, you still Dowding in the game?  Haven't seen ya on, but may be a Euro time versus US time thing.  I haven't seen Toad either, but I know he's old and decrepit, and probably is in bed by 6pm.  :D

So will this new arena require a Doctor's note and an active prescription for blood pressure or cholesterol lowering medication to get in?  :)

I'm all for a .tard command that votes to squelch and otherwise flag a player if a certain percentage of users do it.  Wouldn't this solve your problem without the downsides?

its piss easy slash, and you sure dont need help making friends sir. 100 year old can be 'friendly' to a 10 year old even if they have nothing in common.

I think the best idea has alreday been brought up. If you dont like younger players, hang with older players.

I dont think that age necessarily has anything to do with being ..well..you know. I know some younger players that are just fine, as well as some older folks that I'd like to add to the permaquelch ini file if we had that option. But then again, I dont hang out on 200 for my social life. Hehe.
