Not bad, but he gets quite a bit wrong....
Like the stereo 3d support, there were drivers out for the 8xxx cards before that review via mtbs3d.com. The 7xxx cards do stereo 3d really well, and the drivers have been fairly up to date. I use AH, FS X, LOMAC, Wings over Vietname, and Enenmy Engaged in Stereo 3D. All of these games worked 'out of the box' in stereo 3d. I haven't got Arma going yet, I believe it needs some tweaks. I did try Oblivion in 3D, and OMG it looks pretty, it needs one tweak otherwise you get purple seas

The other bit he missed was the trackir emulation, this opens up even more games and makes head tracking support really really easy. If he'd checked the vr920 forums he'd have found this out quickly.
BTW, I'm not affilliated with the vr920 guys in any way, and actually own a different brand/model of headset. I just think it is cool technology and like to correct in inaccuracies people come across

I think the biggest problem with VR is people who suffer motion sickness, you won't like VR, which probably reflects how immersive it can be.
