I read on that site that Cheney manipulated Planck's constant in order to alter secret intelligence reports on the environmental terrorists that caused Katrina. It was in the mathematically precise placement of oil rigs in the gulf that steered the storm directly at the administration's biggest political threat region.

How exactly is "science" manipulated? I can see manipulating results, or influencing the direction of the research, but manipulating "science" itself... isn't that something we've pretty much figured out is something only god can do?

Or are they saying that someone in the white house is the next coming of Christ? Jesus walked on water, something anyone with a big enough heat pump could do, but W manipulated science itself!

How the heck do you manipulate a scientific fact such as a constant? move the decimal point? i think anyone with a backround in those fields should have noticed the difference

Well, they seem to attribute all sorts of other amazing things to the white house administration, so this doesn't seem too unusual of an accusation to me. After all, they did manipulate science
