Yellow or brown-outs would be appropriate.
Loss of use of rudders since legs would be crossed.
One last thought ( maybe )..
Since the bombadier and pilot are, technically, different people.. one can assume that the bombadier would have relieved himself well before the IP and subsequent bomb run.
The pilot, however, would probably not have done the same.
So.. while the bombardier is working the sight and dropping the bombs.. the pilot would probably be on the virge of filling the shorts in anticipation of being able to take evasive action to avoid the flak.
So.. while the bombbay doors are open ( bombadier working ) the pilot would be experiencing full brown-out conditions and would be unable to function.
The added benefit to this feature would be the death of dive-bombing heavies.
Don't ask when this revelation occured to me.
