Both turets of the Tiger II were designed by Krupp. The image shows the turret designed for the Porsche version of the Tiger II that lost the competition. As Krupp was just not yet ready to start production of the turret designed for the Henschel Tiger II (that won the competition) they used the "Porsche" turret on the first 49 production Tiger II, then switching over to the turret specifically designed for the Henschel chassis. This later turret is also known as the production turret.
Regarding the Marder II, this is the early version (Sd.Kfz. 132) and this one was equipped with the soviet 76,2 mm anti-tank gun.
