SD67, how about a 20mph wind layer at, lets say 17k.  With the way the bomb-sight is calibrated presently, those 25K bombers couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.  Making accurate bombing above 17K problematic at best, and keeping bombers within reach of the defending fields fighters, if they want to be laser accurate.  Above 17K you would have to run mass bomber missions, and plaster the whole area to make sure you got targets down.  Messy but effective, and historically accurate to boot.

I think damage on runway's is a good idea i came from anther game ( i will not say for reasons unknown ) that had damage on runway's if bombed. what would happen is if you ran into the Bomb crater that it would damage your prop and gear and make it where you could not move. thus makes the game more realistic thus makes the game more fun.

Ain't gonna happen.

You can wish for this in one hand and crap in the other and see which gets filled first.

Plus bombers limited to historic speeds in flight instead of "top" speed, gun lethality set to historic values, wings tear off in a heavy dive, etc etc and THEN let craters effect runways.

Historically 3 of 4 bomber crews didnot finish their 25 mission requirement.

in offline SEA { if you cm } and old 8 player mode you can set hardness of runways so Set it to like 4 formations of lancs so lets see 4x3x14=  168000 right now its like 125000 lbs of bombs on a runway to shut it down so like make it so you have to have 4 vulnerable lancs all hit the runway to kill it and then when you try to spawn out a msg should pop up that runway is destroyed

People died in the war too. That was realistic, therefore more fun?
"Then out spake brave Horatius, the Captain of the gate:
To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."
