What's the tally on her family respecting what she and her husband preach?  Cause one child out of 5 is not that bad, especialy if it's just this one slip-up, and if the boy and girl both live married happily ever after.  Even more so if Obama was conceived out of marriage as seems to be the case.

Moot - it doesn't matter. The far left are not going to let facts cloud their instantly formed views of Palin any more so than the far-right will let facts cloud their opinion of Obama.

I'm not offering an opinion on Palin, simply pointing out she'll ultimately change very little.

As I say little will change. Forget McCain, Palin and Biden -  in a week or two it'll all be back to where we were before the conventions: a decision to vote for, or against Barak Obama.

Nah. In a Hollywood/reality show Election she's already eclipsed The Annoited One as a super star... he's had 2 years of hype.. she's been on the scene for 7 days and has already generated more excitement than a russian invasion.

We're in fer a heluva show.

Are these factual quotes by Palin?  Someone tell me this is internet hogwash, please.

* I haven't really focused much on the war in Iraq.

*  "Well, God bless them, and I mean God and Jesus because without Jesus we'd be Muslims too or Jewish, which would be a little better because of the superior Israeli Air Force."

*    "God made dinosaurs 4,000 years ago as ultimately flawed creatures, lizards of Satan really, so when they died and became petroleum products we, made in his perfect image, could use them in our pickup trucks, snow machines and fishing boats. Now, as to the ANWR, Todd and I often enjoying caribou hunting and one year we shot up a herd big time, I mean I personally slaughtered around 40 of them with my new, at the time, custom Austrian hunting rifle. And guess what? That caribou herd is still around and even bigger than ever. Caribou herds actually need culling, be it by rifles or wolves, or Exxon-Mobil oil rigs, they do just great!"

So you would have us believe that Palin would self-incriminate on breaking game laws while running for Governor and granting an interview to the largest newspaper in the state?

Are these factual quotes by Palin?  Someone tell me this is internet hogwash, please.

* I haven't really focused much on the war in Iraq.
Here's the complete quote for this one:

Alaska Business Monthly: We've lost a lot of Alaska's military members to the war in Iraq. How do you feel about sending more troops into battle, as President Bush is suggesting?

Palin: I've been so focused on state government, I haven't really focused much on the war in Iraq. I heard on the news about the new deployments, and while I support our president, Condoleezza Rice and the administration, I want to know that we have an exit plan in place; I want assurances that we are doing all we can to keep our troops safe. Every life lost is such a tragedy. I am very, very proud of the troops we have in Alaska, those fighting overseas for our freedoms, and the families here who are making so many sacrifices.

*  "Well, God bless them, and I mean God and Jesus because without Jesus we'd be Muslims too or Jewish, which would be a little better because of the superior Israeli Air Force."

The one & only place that quote is attributed to. Some other forum.

Do you know me?

I can't stand either of them.

I will vote for one of them if (I don't have any other choices), so I want to find out all I can about them.

I know what you've been posting... attack after attack after attack on Palin, McCain and the republi-rats.

...now you offer the 'I can't stand either of 'em' dodge when pinned.

Which kinda blows any credibility you might of thought you had... since there's not one similar attack you've posted on the Dumophlap ticket.

So, again; since your obviously pro-dummycraat, what do you have to offer from that side that indicates there's any redeeming policy offered by them that doesn't involve, tax, spend and socialism?

Judging from all the over-board howling attacks and foaming at the mouth about Palin in the blogosphere, she must be affecting the progressives in some fundemental way.  I've never seen this before...  this is a very interesting election year.

lol you miss all the right wing conservative attacks on Obama? It's pretty much the same thing just Palin is the target now..

This 'holier than thou' attitude is stupid. If Obama's daughters were a bit older and one of them was - gasp - pregnant out of wedlock - they would have been all over it like a rash. Each side is as bad as each other.

quote one attack on Palin from me besides me saying she's in the pocket which I believe to be true of all high ranking politicians from both parties.

Just so you'll know, I hate republicans, democrats, and extremist, in no particular order.

Today Chuck’s pick-up truck has a bumper sticker reading “Vegetarian — Old Indian Word For Bad Hunter”.
