First, no one has ever "out-turned" anything in a 190, except a 262 or another 190. They've used a better angle when someone else chose a poorer one, controlled their throttle when the other did not, etc.
Second, Krusty, I'm sorry, but I would be uncomfortable saying the 190 takes more skill to fly than the Spit or vis versa...depending on what your situation is, either can be the better/worse plane. Sure, the Spit is easier to fly in a 1v1 duel, but as you may have noticed, those rarely happen. For instance, yesterday in a 190 I drug a somewhat inexpert Ki-84 for nearly sector to get him away from any possible help, did some E fighting mumbo-jumbo, managed to land some hits, separated from him again when I noticed my forward tank was 3/4s empty!, he apparently went down from fuel loss/damage while I was RTB. Anyway, my point here is that if I had been in a Spit16, even though it would theoretically been a far easier fight, I would not have had the strategic option of dragging the Ki-84 away from all the other cons and would most likely have ended up ganged and in flames.
