Its my damn CV and dont take off ! How about making it so that the captain can control whether ac can take off at any given time but if there the cv is taking damage that option is auto overrid. That way the cv can be used properly insead of floating 75 miles and some IDIOT takes off 50 miles from the enmy base and spoils the position of the cv.
