  fellas. yes i know i made a big mistake. My wife is a wonderful good woman and I;m very ashamed at what i did. But, I'm 44 now and life is just boring to me anymore. Jamie (the other one ) makes me feel young and alive again. I salute saxman and frenchy for speakin their minds because they're right!
I posted here because I know you asreholes will give it to me straight. And I respect that. Sorry if I offended anyone, but I need a guys point of view on this one. I work with about 50 women and can't really talk to them about it.

It will look to you like it is the end of the world and you got royally screwed, but, take it from me, after a 4 year battle back in the early 90's. I so many times wished i had signed the first offer. She got crazier as it went along, and every court appereance became a -which lawyer is now going to ask for a continuance to dip a little deeper in my pocket? game.

I wouldn't wish divorce on my worst enemy, especially when there are kids involved, but for everyones sanity, sign the first agreement.

Better yet, see if you can see a divorce conselor and save some dough for the kids, we saw one, and the doors opened wide when she said - Birds of a feather flock together- and the ex-wife turned bright red--wow what an ego crash that was...lol...
Just got her to become even more of a rabid dog beech though, but wow, what an education. Remember all those dopes who you knew or know - guess what--dope... welcome to reality.

 WELL, REALIZING THAT IS MOST OF THE BATTLE.

 now, sit down with your wife, and talk with her. see if there's any way she'll forgive you. you might be lucky enough that she does. if she does, then do ANYTHING within reason that she wants.
 if you and her talk it through, you both may come up with some way that SHE can make you feel young again.

 also, a BIG thing to remember.......the "other" woman knows you're married, right? well one thing you can count on without a doubt if you ended up with her. she's cheating WITH you right now. she'll not hesitate to cheat ON you later.

Actually Uptown, this might be your best option, get some input from the gender you have to deal with.  But the most important conversation you have to have is with your wife.  You've always seemed to be an upstanding guy to me, so time to stand up and do the right thing.
