Final cylon? I think there's a clue who it is in EVERY intro to the show.  Who's the character that survives a nuclear shockwave by hiding behind flesh and blood?  Who's the character that had a subconscious relationship with a cylon that forced him to do things in almost every episode of season 1 and 2?  Who's the character that has now built himself up into a religious figure?  Hmm.. I wonder who the final cylon is :)

they already proved that he wasnt the final cylon. when he met with the cylon in the pool that controls the ships. its not him. besides he would have been way to obvious.

im thinking commander addama or someone equally as unbelievable.

If it's Adama i'm going to be angry, that just seems stupid.  If it's some random character like Tigh's wife, I'm going to be angry.  I don't believe the Hybrid, I still think it's Baltar.  We shall see though :)

I watched on the scifi website the other day, the comic con BSG panel that had moore and the other producer and a few cast members.  Moore said his favorite part of the whole series was when they jumped it ahead a year.  I was 'okay' with that unlike some fans I knew who thought it was stupid.  I really don't think it was anything ground breaking.  I think they were either writing themselves into a wall or had some serious writers block and thats how they resolved it.

If you guys like BSG, (Which i do enormously) you should check out Babylon 5. It was a scifi show in the mid 90s that pretty much redefined SciFi. Its story arc format was the prototype for the last half of DS9 and the new BSG series. The effects are a little cheesy and the 1st season was not that good, but it really was an awesome show. Seasons 2-4 were probably the best SciFi ive ever watched. Its easily found on DVD and bit torrent if you are a pirate of the high seas.

(Image removed from quote.)

Aeryn Sun would so kick her ass.

FarScape got canceled. Then immediately SciFi turned around and announced BSG because they wanted an "Edgy, sexy space-based drama." WHICH THEY HAD JUST KILLED.

So many stories they left unresolved. What happened to Sikozu and Grunshlk at the end of PK Wars? They made an awful big point of showing them together before the planet was destroyed by Crichton. What about the Nebari Resistance?

dam....
beautiful, wearin leather, smart, and could kick your arse!!

 always liked her on there.

I'll check it out. I hated the "new" Star Trek when it first came out. The one with Data and Capt.Picard. Then after watching it for a whole season, I can bring myself to watch the old Capt.Kirk episodes anymore
Uptown have you tried the remastered star trek tos yet ? added new effects etc. should look at one .

She's actually Aussie with a small touch of Brit mixed in. Either way that's hot.

I'm going through and rewatching the show from the beginning on DVD. MAN it's been so long since I've seen this (couldn't find my set until last week). Somewhat uneven for the first 15 episodes, but once you hit 16 (A Human Reaction) the whole series from that point forward falls in line, and it's clear why this was one of the best shows on television in its day. That, and not only do muppets by themselves just plain rule, but this show had smart-assed muppets with bad attitudes. The SciFi execs who politiced the show into cancellation deserve to burn in hell for how they handled it. They wanted an excuse to cancel it, so just manufactured one.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

I can't wait until the last episode!

Rock:  Ya see that Ensign, lighting the cigarette?
Powell: Yes Rock.
Rock: Well that's where I got it, he's my son.
Powell: Really Rock, well I'd like to meet him.
Rock:  No ya wouldn't.

"33" is my favorite episode. The pilot episode was pretty neat.I thought it was horrible of them to leave that guy on that space ammunition depot. Then it turns out he was a cylon after all...silly me <G> If the future of the Human race is ever at stake please dont ask Pipz for advice :aok I realy enjoyed some of the early episodes. They lost me for awhile with that whole New Caprica story Line.I thought Razor was pretty good.I havnt watched BSG in some time and need to refresh my memory.Maybe they will have a marathon or something before the last episodes are aired.

I liked FarScape as well.I was suprised when they canceled it....but egghead exec's always know whats best for us  :furious I watched Lexx as well but didnt like it as much.
