Israel enters Gaza..

Protestors are such morons.

When Hamas took over in 2007, things went to crap. In 8 months they fired 600 rockets and 800 mortars into Israel. They've been bombing Christian churches, abducting christians and killing them and burning down bookstores. Thousands have fled Gaza due to food shortages and no medical supplies.

November 24th, Israel rewarded Gaza because (amazingly?!?!?) there were no attacks staged against Israel from Gaza for a 24 hour period. They sent 40 truckloads of medicine, food and clothes into Gaza. What did Israel get in return? The next day Hamas resumed firing rockets into Israel.

Hamas fired over 3,000 rockets at Israel in 2008. They STORE rockets, arms and explosives in hospitals and mosques, then scream when they get targetted.

And now... NOW protestors have the balls to go and protest Israel waging air strikes against Hamas? Where were they at for the last two years Israel has been getting attacked?

I'm steamed.

Yep... They've been defending by sending rockets at Israel for the past year. The anti-Israel orginizations in the Palestinian area even hate Hamas. And those Palestinian fellas even shoot mortars and rockets when they get the chance.

I hope Israel goes in there, full steam, plows them over, and shows the world that they're tired of being poked at, and at the next poke, you can expect to get punched in the mouth and get some teeth knocked out.

I have a lot of respect for the Israelis. They now have their deserved holy land (as they've been told is theirs) and they're gonna fight to keep it. I'm sure if lets say, American's took Mecca from the Muslims, then, after thousands of years, gave it back, the Muslims would sure as hell defend it.

you just don't mess with Israel, they have made that clear for years, those guys are some tough s.o.b's.

I also don't get these protestors, they're upset about the Israeli's killing civilians, but in reality, they were aiming for Hamas targets, now Hamas, they just shoot at whatever, killing whoever they can... but thats acceptable to the Palestinians, but as soon as their civilians die it's the end of the world and Israel is the bad guy.

when will these guys ever wise up and stop their endless bloodshed, it's getting to the point of being just plain ridiculous, what has it been... like 60 years now?

Too bad there's a lot more to it than that.
When you come to your future neighbors house claiming his property now belongs to you because your ancestors lived there 2000 years ago and 'god said so', and he's just going to have to deal with it, there's going to be some problems.

Now, when he starts throwing rocks at your kids and you respond by throwing rocks at his kids heads... well, I lose sympathy for either side. Simple as that.

Perhaps thier grandfathers should have thought twice before trying to wipe out Israel in 1947. They might have had thier own country then. Instead they want to wipe them out, while Israel has tried to live in peace.

Has anyone heard from Freez/Freezman/evenhaim?  He is in Tel Aviv and apart of Israel's military.

He's a former squaddie of mine.

Maybe. Like I said, I don't like the military (or paramilitary) of either side. Both have resorted to killing civilians and other things that should never happen. Both sides are motivated on one hand by survival and the other by religious nonsense and heritage.

Again the only ones I feel sorry for are the unfortunate innocent Israeli and Palestinian women and children who will undoubtedly be sucked into this terrible nonsense. I also hope that nothing happens to Freezman, as that would be terrible, just as if any member of any armed force in this community were to be injured.

Theres a BIG difference in that Israel is not targeting civilians.
