you make that sound like the work of a few bad apples, rather than state policy. one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter, and until Israel retreats from the (huge amount of) territory it has occupied, the Palestinian groups are freedom fighters as far as I'm concerned.

You make these terror groups sound like a few bad apples, instead of acting under official policy. That policy that the Jewish State doesn't exist and all Jews should be driven into the sea. The official Palestinian Govt. isn't involved in the terror. Instead Hamas is a foreign funded terror group operating outside Official Palestinian control. They aren't interested in peace. They simply want to destroy Israel and her citizens. And even Hamas itself has been on the verge of its own civil war. I'd be willing to bet Hamas has killed more Palestinians then Israel has.
The Palestinian authority already administers and controls its areas in the West Bank and Gaza. Take away the Hamas mutts strapping bombs onto kids and firing rockets at Israeli kids and a maybe long term peace is possible. Once peace is attained then anything is possible.
Some freedom fighters. Maybe they are taught freedom, Democracy, and Human rights by their Iranian masters.
