This was a bit of an under-rated one that got a bit unfairly compared with Tomb Raider:



But even better than the game was the model they used for the promotional material.

This was a VERY hard game, but WELL worth it if you could figure out its controls:

Point of order: A longsword (REAL longsword: two-handed, 36-40" blade) was only about 2-3lbs. I'll give you that the 30lbs of mail may be a bit much for her, (with the way plate wears I'd give her the benefit of the doubt) but I have no doubt a girl like that could handle the sword with no trouble.

oldest pc games for me were Wolfenstein, xwing v tie , fokker, silent hunter, and a few other dos games. :aok

I still play X-Wing vs TIE, X-Wing Alliance, and the original Silent Hunter. It's not that Silent Hunter is particularly great, I just cannot afford new games, lol.

Woot!

I found a website(seems legit) that has many of the old Dos games.You need to download dosbox to run them.I got Their Finest Hour last night...gonna see if I can get it working sometime this weekend.If anybody wants the link,PM me.

Used to play F-19 a lot, sneaking up the Kola peninsula or delivering/retrieving top secret cargo in the Persian Gulf. :D

1942 was also a great pacific game. Air War Over Europe anyone? Carrier Command was also fun!

Btw I used to play F16 a lot on the Sega Master System (8-bit), back in the day.

And yeah... I considered myself a hot stick because I was shooting down the enemy in droves, in Air War over Europe on PC I think it was the early 90's. That self-image lasted about 2 minutes online.  :rofl Looking back at it it was real funny but I wasn't laughing at the time!  :lol
