thats because drugs are illegal on campus and theres photographic evidence that phelps even admitted was pot, i still think its ridiculous too, leave him alone, he did the right thing and appolgised.

More then likely the stuff was offered to him for free so they cant even get him on buying or possession unless they are like Japan and having it in your blood is possession now. I can understand why the law in that area would get up in arms and look for a reason.
