This is an excellent idea, i never have any perks laying around.  Then there would be aces high bookies chasing me around breaking my vertical stabilizer if i didnt pay up.

How about a system to give someone perk points? So next time I kill someone's 262 and they go ape **** on me, I can just give him 400 perks and tell him to forget about it.
