i'm agreeing with the person that did.

in most cases, the way one conducts themselves in a game, reflects on their real selves. at least that's been my experience.

if you were tryin to piss off the other side, you'll need to try harder....i only heard one person getting really pissed. the rest of us just kept on playing.  :D

I was nit last time he did it and let me tell you it sounded like your whole squad was about to have a stroke. HT himself has said the object of this game is to piss the other guy off, and from the looks of it that's exactly what he did.

i heard one complainign loudly. he sounded like he was gonna pop a blood vessel. i was doing my best to calm him down.

i've been in almost constant pain for just over a month. this game manages to let me shut that out for short periods. it'll take a lot to piss me off right now.

hope to see you all in there more.

your squaddie is right though....it seems time to let this thread rest in peace.

it was a really really fun night even with the alleged dweebyness. lets leave it at that and let this thread die before anyones feeling get hurt.

What alleged.... I saw nisr when he thought he was broadcasting the cv to the other side. Then he realized he was on wrong channel. I also thought you started this thread for a laugh rather than being serious. Then I figured you just didn't know. Now I'm thinking your part of the problem.

I was gone before osceola switched and did his antics. I heard all about it from several sources. There is also film. So your alleged is out the door.

As for the squad... as stated before, if the squad is a good squad they'll ditch those types. If the squad is not then they condone or defend those types. The community will all make their own decision on that.

As for calling that a good fight... that is just laughable.

It is a shame though as I always thought that a few in that squad were decent folks.

midwar 7/21/09 As time has passed I have really come to dislike "Titanic Tuesday". I have been jumping into midwar and i am really liking the level of play. ( very challenging ). 200 can get a little over the top sometimes, Coranado and n7 were waving their respective "junk" at each other last night, but i was smile more than frowning.
rooks were at 7 and knights and bish were 16, so i switch to rook from bish to help level the game and had fun. I am finding that almost any fight i get into is with a skilled player and it is making me better. I Fly the yak 9t and drive panzers. I know the yak9t is outclassed by many planes but i like flying it, it is improving my shooting a lot.
i use it's speed and climb rate to my advantage, if you are fighting me in a hurr2 don't expect me to get low and slow and i will break off to gain the advantage, I am not "Run yak boy"  I try and do sorties completely, that includes RTB and landing with my gear down! If we get into a fight you can count on a few things. I will NEVER Ho on the first merge, and i will never try and kill you on the runway. I wrote this post cause I am really enjoy all the players in midwar and it is right now a cut above the other arenas.

There was no need for anyone to switch and report the CVs location because we knew where it was just from experience. I for one didn't see one person switch to tell where the CV was. Maybe what you are talking about happened before I logged on, but what I saw was the bish and rook team up against the nits and the resulting whinefest.

Honestly, when I was online when this was occuring, I don't recall any Knight complaining/whining about this on country or open chat.  The only comments I heard were the "LOL!" and the jokes we were making about Nisr telling the Bish where the CV was at on the wrong channel.  The only whines/complaints I heard during this time was osceola complaining how someone used their ack as cover.

No, Nisr was not trying to broadcast the CV on open channel, he was trying to send it PM to another Bish.  If he was trying to do it on open channel, we would have seen the message on open channel as well once he realized he sent the information on the wrong channel.  Again, the CV that Nisr reported on and later took control and sailed it to A59 was not being hidden and was on a course to help defend A9/V10.

If the intent by Nisr was to piss off the Knights by reporting the CV location and then taking control and sailing to towards a Bishop base so the Bishops can sink it easier, all that shows is piss poor game play on his part.  Any defense of his actions just makes the one defending it just as much of a tool as Nisr is.

Interesting post.  Glad you enjoy MW.  Simply less crowded MW equal lots more fun for me.  LW is just too many cornered rats most of the time.  Sounds like you play the game for the right reasons far as Im concerned.  Land em, wheels down.  Also, Yak-9T is one of the most powerful and capable rides in the MW arena.  Just pop em with that 37mm.  Most sorties stop when they get tapped with one of those.

this thread should be left to rest.

i was talking on country the other night(the night of this threads topic) about my infected and ingrown toenail.
it's pretty funny how many guys were getting grossed out by it when we started talking about squeezing it, and the puss ooooooooozing out of it. all swollen and infected/oozing big toe.
