The Spitfire is a bird in the air. Not a machine in the air. There is a difference between the two. The Spitfire is a "free bird". Besides all of that, I just checked and 16 has no cost value. Besides all of that, all these airplanes are engineered into a matter of digital information that this man, "hi-tech", has made from the passion of his heart and love for these old WWII aircraft's. They all are "unique", and they all are beautiful in their own way. Know your aircraft, and know the aircraft you are fighting. Its as simple as that. Sheesh.

The XVI is a great plane to furball in, but if you want to improve your K/D ratio then you should get in something faster.

Downside is in your haste for instant gratification you forgot a spare raincoat and you get whatever the the last guy had and passed on...those shots ain't fun.



I wouldn't call any allied or meatball ride "a challenge" in the LW arenas except for the P-40 and the Brewski.

There are 2 types of players in this  GAME ,those that like the "Spits" and those that secretly admire them but are afraid of the "ribbing" they'll get from their peers if they admit it

I prefer the spit V, and/or the IX.

Try flying the P38 if you really want a challenge! Ive shot down my fair share of Spixteens the past couple of tours. Once you figure out the P38, you wont wanna go back! Hehehe.
