Sounds good however how will we know what the wind direction and speed is if its not posted
to the pilots/bombedier if we dont know wind direction and speed we wont be able to compensate
for the drop? If were just gonna have to drop all the sticks into the wind and hope we hit
something that doesnt sound like much fun to me. Also will the wind speed change by altitude
or be the same wether youre 20k or 10k??  Higher the altitudes meen higher wind speeds IRL.
The idea sounds good but theres alot of details that need to be worked out before hand.IMHO
The official speed and direction will be posted on the MOTD right before start. The wind is
also on your clipboard map if you right click and select wind. I am still researching the wind layers
typically found in real life situations. Practice will have a similar wind setup but it will not be the
same during competition. Not revealing the exact direction until competition will insure everyone
is on a fair playing field. If you know the exact wind you can practice the drop over and over until
you perfect it. This would make hitting a target a lot easier if you know the exact windage required
come competition day.
