Glunz is right.Ive read accounts of horrendous problems with logistics in the later stages of WW2.Apparently a dozen sets of wings would arrive from one factory and the other parts didnt arrive at all. Most destroyed by heavy allied ground attacks on transport trains etc.
What we were refering to with the production numbers was the simple matter of if they were rare as rocking horse toejam in the war they 'should' be rare in this game.
You dont agree with that toad/dowding?
so when we used it as a reason for a perk (on top of the fact 25% of kills were by one aircraft) you said it didnt matter.Well NOW you are trying to claim it does matter and try to use the same reason to argue against adding rare planes.
I think the rarer in WW2 the rarer in AH.
if it didnt see action dont add it.
I play AH because i like WW2 planes not the korean war planes like the super late P51 models.what is it you allied flyers are asking for now? the P51H to Z ?

lol use what ya had IN ww2 please. If we start asking for planes that DIDNT see action but were designed to prototype stage you will see LW beating everything hands down.Secret weapons was germanys forte and only the fact they had no fuel etc stopped them.HAVE YOU SEEN WHAT THEY WERE DEVELOPING? i shudder to think what would have happened if they kept us from overunning them and had the chance to build those machines in numbers.
I didnt vote for the do 335 because it didnt see any action.Although there are references to special forces using them for evaluation flights.(whether these were in combat is not clear)
