Tennessee...their defense is pretty good this year.  I still have doubts over Crompton and their injured WR corps this year, but their defense will back up a weaker offense.

FSU is not the power house team these days.  Time for Bobby to retired.

As far as USC vs OSU.  Either USC is not as great as people say they are, or OSU is better then people think they are.  But willhave to see who will win.

I wasn't impressed by either OSU or USC.
Any comparisons between Terrell Pryor and Vince Young should stop at their physical similiarities.  While Young could make defenders miss and take off downfield for a big gain, Pryor looks confused and hesitates.  Young had the ability to throw on the run and hit receivers; Pryor looks rattled and uncomfortable both in the pocket and when he scrambles.
While the play by play commentators were heaping praise on Barkley, the real credit for the game winning drive should go to the Trojan o-line, and to Joe McKnight.  McKnight made an inside move to get open against a LB and turned it into a huge gain; that happened because the Trojan o-line finally looked like the "fabulous" unit everyone was touting before the game, and Barkley flipped the ball to McKnight who did the rest.  I won't ignore the pass to the TE, it was a good throw.  But most of the night, he looked like what I feel he is.....an overrated freshman QB playing for an overrated school.
My summary of the game:  A yawner between two very overrated programs, that unfortunately, will be billed as a classic game due solely to who the participants were.

Flame away, Buckeye and Trojan fans.......... :aok

I "gagree" as Vince Young put it on Leno. ;)

Spot on w/ the o-line and McKnight.

I'm hoping for USC to reach the championship game vs. an SEC squad.  It would be nice to see them "win" a championship on the field against us instead of "claiming" one and having the AP hand it to them as happened in 2003.  All they did was beat a 2 loss Michican't while we sat the 1 loss Choklahoma Heisman winner and crew down on their butts in the "Championship game".
