ive read from a few sources now that tobasco wont do anything, that "bitter apple"  (apparently its called exactly that) is what you put on things you dont want the cat screwing with.  apparently they sell it at pet stores..

I know of a few sewer rats in NYC that can help with your little problem. Maybe even shake up the little lady soes you can come in an save da day, if ya' know what I'm say'en.
