Usagewise, the top three AH 1.x units that need upgrading to AH2 standards are:

1) Panzer IV H
2) Tiger I
3) Lancaster Mk III

I would think with the Wirb chassis that the pzr4 is high on the list of "easy updates," so I'd bet it's going to be in the next update (or, the "next update that releases updated vehicles").

Lancaster has a lot of use for its bomb load, but there are still a lot of folks flying B-26s, Ki67s, and a bunch of the older models. We know that bombers take more time because they are more involved. What's the most used fighter with a 1.0 3D model?

I'm placing my bet here: I'm going to say Panzer, A6M zeroes, and F4Fs (that's in order of "Good bet, good guess, and just plain wishing")

[purespeculation]

With the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain coming up this year, I think it's only appropriate that we get the HE-111 and DO-17.

Drone, you bomber dweeb, you!!

I was thinking of re-modeled existing planes, rather than "new planes" -- which traditionally take a lot more time and we usually get sneak peeks towards the end. None of that so far, so I limited myself to refurbished models only.

I never hope for remodeled eye-candy.  I'd rather have the different planes that can be used for events.. then, after all the planes are done, go back and make them look pretty.

I think the new damage model that has been in testing in the WW1 arena will be pushed to the WW2 main arenas in the new version update as well as new margarita blenders to replace the aging blenders S.A.P.P currently has in the P-38s.

Like I mentioned before, flying against players like yourself, it helps not to be sober.

Drink it before the ice melts.

WWI was a test bed for the damage model, which I think is awesome compared to the all or nothing we have now...
