As someone already mentioned, run some base resupply missions or capture a base.  Those are the easiest ways to get perks.

As to the Tiger you probably won't want to use it as an offensive, but rather a defensive weapon you're first time out.  If you lose it you lose the perks so you'll want to be in a position to get it home safely, or at least 6000 yards from the nearest enemy player before you end sortie.

They make great base defenders.

Best way to earn GV perks asside from getting base captures (which are difficult at best) is to drive the T-34/76 or M4A3(75). Stay out of sight, attack people who are already engaged and are unlikely to notice an extra shell or two.

I remember a guy some time ago that camped a runway in an M3. He landed 13 kills and i believe he said he got 124 perks lol

i got once 20 something perks in m3 for killing p38 and a spitfire.  i pw both of them by chance they were not even shooting at me, they were just flying by being chased by friendlies.  that also included dropping supplies at the base.

Nah, if the bonus multiplier was 1.59 and he killed 13 eny 5 rides, it would equal 124.

Multipliers as high as 2.0 aren't all that uncommon, even in orange.

Highest multiplyer I've seen was a 1.83, and I got 35 perks for 5 kills in a P-40E

Don't bother with the Tiger! If anything use the Firefly!
