As soon as I wake up in the morning (laid off) I stumble into the livingroom, hit the power button, get some iced coffee outta the fridge, sign into AH. The only time I take a break is to eat, ect.  Too absorbed to even wash my nice Mustang or anything, only leave the house to get beer or go to Karaoke a couple times a week.  How have some of you broke the AH addiction? I need help!

Fishing sounds like a nice escape! Gonna break the ol' tackle box out this weekend, see if I cant rope a few Rainbow Trout.  (Arrgh! that reminds me of Spixteens!)

Go to a nice lake to camp at. Fish for Black Bass by morning, hike around by day, fish for whatever bites at dusk and at night fish for them big mother catfish.

you just have to look around and realise that there is a life outside this game. i was the same way when i first started. put something like 190 to 250 hours in the game. had no life outside the game. not anymore. i like to spend time with the kids and wife. go 4wheeling, shooting, fishing, hunting, snow machining so on and so on

I would love to go to Alaska. Major fishing all around, can't turn a corner without seeing untamed wilderness. It is on my bucket list, believe you, me.

Kentucky has some great wilderness too.

Steele don't hurt your self fishing. Well I'm getting an escape from the game. I went on a 16 day road trip from Portland Oregon to SanFransico to LosAngelis to DISNEYLAND MICKY MOUSE. Anyway you get the point. Just do something you rally do,where it's almost impossible to get WiFi. Go fishing,go on a walk threw the woods or bicycle. Disney Land maybe if you can get in for free. $72 per person so not recommended.

Try to take a step back and think about this.  This is a game, and should be to escape life.  Not the other way around.

I believe everybody is free to do what they want with their life unless it affects me, but I'll point out that there could be a problem with what they're doing.

I wasn't working when I first started playing AW.  Each morning, as soon as the wife left for work I'd log on, usually find my squaddie ^eagl7 and we'd up a B-17 and go milk run the CZ Spit factory.  Usually I flew and he gunned.  We didn't run into cons very often but about 30% of the time.

It was a nice relaxing way to start the day and we'd just bs on the way to the target and back.  After that I might get a fighter sortie in then log off.

I have fond memories of that.
