Why does HiTech not thank its customers with a receipt? Its a real common western custom, and I didnt know MMO was an industry.
It's actually very uncommon in the Massive Multiplayer Online (MMO) segment. Yes, MMO is considered it's own market. Blizzard, CCP, Electronic Arts, Bioware, and MANY other companies participate in this particular market. I can't think of a single MMO that sends receipts. In fact, a LOT of monthly "auto-pay" bills do not send receipts. My gas bill, water bill, electric bill, none of them send me receipts. The only time I get notices from them is if they somehow didn't get paid or if there is work to be done.
Why when I log on you have one arena choked at 100 and the other arena is open with less then 40 players? Its not a routing issue and its certainly not due to a bunch of people beating down the door. I would think the game is more enjoyable and interesting when more players are competing at once.
This has been answered time and time again on this BBS, including direct responses from Skuzzy and Hitech. Search "Arena Caps". You'll see a ton of hits and Answers, discussions, and years of beating a dead horse.
Here's a link to a post I made in which I quoted 3 of Hitech's answers on the subject :

Their contact information is not all that hard to find on their webpage. Posting this on their public message board is just asking for trouble, as people ALWAYS are easier to approach with a problem when you take them aside to discuss it (Phone Call / E-mail), instead of yelling at them in a crowded restaraunt (BBS).
Edit : Baumer - Holy s@#$, that's hysterical!
