I am not accusing anyone of any wrong doing...But I thought that the N1ki didn't do so well in a dive...hence the dive to get out trouble when he had the drop on me...but when I looked at the film and saw the speed at which he was able to pull out of a dive I scratched my head and chocked it up to another anomaly.

Niki is pretty durn good in a dive actually.

All the pilot did was put themselves in position to have a shot at you.
