True, but this assumes everyone on the friendly team is in agreement that they want the battle to be over. I've been in situations where one friendly camps the spawn, but there are 4 tanks holding back who are looking to fight the four enemy that are trying to spawn and move up to engage. "hey, dude can you back away from the spawn the we can have an actual fight?" "Up yours, it's my $14.95 a month and I'll do what I want." One person camping and shutting down a spawn seems detrimental to quality game play for both teams. The bigger the area the more folks it would take to close the spawn, which would still make it possible to close, but it would have to more a democratic process. One is two few.
Really? Is that like asking someone to stop vulching to get a fight going?I've never seen either.wrongway
Really? THere ahve been several threads about that exactly I believe. I have been on both sides of that situation. A furball at base becomes a cap and then some vulching starts. The chatter on the radio is "hey let's move away and let some of the uppers get some alt or they'll stop upping." And folks comply. Other times I've notice us getting vulched, adn then the bandits away from the base and the fights picks up again. You've really never been a part of at least one situation like that? surprising since you've been playing much longer than I have.
"Guys I have a really good hiding spot but I can't see the spawn from where I am, let them up and have a chance, you cheap spawncampers"^My translation
>My Translation: You don't spend much time in tanks do you?
I didn't realize that you did either.
