Facebook is eating the other social sites alive, it will be a matter of time before it becomes another Google.
It has actually passed google for the move visited site

The sale of Facebook will be used by the US gvt to pay-off the debt to the PRC <less the 300$B their local gvts will default on> as Facebook will be nationalized owing to "its critical nature to the fundamental operation of the USA as  a wholly sovereign nation."

Facebook is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for it at any given time.

No more, no less.

Anybody who says "fb" isn't worth is clearly not, nor never should open, a business/businessperson.

BTW..... I HATE fb

Now I only pay because of my friends.

Facebook is an awesome thing....one of the easiest ways for someone to see what family and friends are doing when your far from them.
They said all of those great things about Myspace several years ago. Myspace was worth billions. Now the stock is worthless when compared to what it was in the early 2000's.  It fell to the wayside when Facebook came along just as Facebook will go down when the next cool internet fad comes along..

I know people all the time compare Facebook to Myspace, saying that Myspace was big at one time & look at it now, but I think it's different with Facebook, with Facebook it's more interactive, you can communicate and see what your friends & family are doing a lot easier, on Myspace the only way to tell what one of your friends was up to was to actually go to his/her Myspace page, with Facebook you just go to your own page and you can see what their doing, so it's a lot easier and that's what lead to everyone jumping ship from Myspace to Facebook.  Facebook isn't gonna be going the way of Myspace, at least not for a long time.
