For 3 months you did not notice that you had an extra 570$ in your account?

Toyota did draw money out for those 3 months, $570 each month.

Your tone is becoming a bit irritating. The OP has an honorable reputation around here.

Reading comprehension failure.

Really trying not to let my sailor mouth not get the best of me I ask the lady how does this happen when I have proof that it came from my bank account and into my loan account I have with them. She says it dosnt matter, they shut down the internet paying system they have three months ago. So they took my money out of my bank account, held onto it for the past three months and never updated their automated system for my paper statements to reflect me being late.

:rofl Really?  Who are you guys?  Let me guess, a squadie or you are in the navy also and therefore that makes him honorable?

Bottom line, he did not pay.  The rest is just a nice story.  What would you do if someone did not pay you or contacted you for three months?

Different subject.  Collection companies will sell to other collection companies who will sell to other collection companies etc etc.  Some are reputable some are scum.  You have to look at the story and the fact that it was Toyota credit and not some bank no one ever heard of.  I have been sued by collection companies even though they could not even match my name.  10 minutes in court and they did not bother me again.

Could his story be true?  I find it extremely unlikely, and I explained why.  Just my opinion.  Al you have to do is read his OP carefully and will see things don't make sense.

Just because some guy plays a game with us online does not make him credible or reputable.  And I speak from experience on this one.

You are entitled you opinion. It's why I go to work everyday. Again never once was I looking for a handout from any one in here. Even those who believe me. When it comes down to it I'm still the one paying the bills. None of you. Was only offering a heads up to others to avoid my situation.

sort of ;)

Personally I believe Blue.  I knew someone who was on the phone with Toyota credit making arrangements to catch their past due bills up.  While they were on the phone the repo company towed the truck off.  And no it wasn't me.

:rofl I guess Toyota was supposed to put the guy on hold and call the repo company to stop them?  Again, another situation where someone did not pay and yet, it is the banks fault  :lol  What happened after that though?  Did he make the payment and get the car back or did his moms account got locked?  See, your story is believable.  What you described is easy to happen.  What he described is a different story.

you don't think there could've been a screw up in their computer system? which is what this sounds like?

he says he has proof that the money was transfered from one account to another. now if they stopped the internet payment system, but the auto-transfers continued.......then as far as he knew, he was paying for his car. he was looking in the accounts, saw the money move, and figured he was good.

Cap, there's no point. Thankyou for helping. But he has his mind set. No need to carry this on farther. All of this is just words on the internet. Just like two sides debating politics. There is no clear winner. I wouldn't believe me either. I'm the one living it, and I will be the only one who really knows who's right.

If this is the case, he will make some cash when all this is over.  Especially if he ends up losing his job or income from it.  I am amazed however at how hard people will try to believe a story.  Look at what you wrote for a second:

"they stopped the internet payment system".  Huh?  What internet payment system?  Are we talking scheduled electronic payments between two banks that guarantee they get their money on time and at very low cost to them?  Now, does it make any sense to you that a bank would stop that?  Most their customers pay like that.  So, lets say the bank is stupid and stopped that.  How on earth were able to to pull the money then?  Did they stop it or not?  :lol

"now if they stopped the internet payment system, but the auto-transfers continued"  Ummm, ok, so they stopped it, but they continued  :uhoh.

You see why I don;t buy it?

But hey, if it did happen, he is gong to be able to buy a more expensive car very soon.  :lol   The killer is the bank locking his account for trying to deposit money in it  :rofl
