Great, more missing films. Well, you know rules are rules! Not another fiasco, I don't think we can handle it!

- Both players will film all duels from take-off in case of a dispute.  These films must be saved until at least noon on the Tuesday following the duel or until 48 hours after the end of any granted extension in case of a dispute.  If a dispute arises then the films must be saved until such dispute is settled.

- From the quarterfinal round forward results must be verifiable therefore films must be posted by the winning player for all duels from that round forward.  This also allows for film study by those hoping to improve their skills.  Failure of the winning player to post films in these rounds will result in the win being awarded to that player’s opponent who must then post their films.  Failure of the opponent to post films within 24 hours of such a determination will result in the original winner being reinstated.

I suppose, just like Spek had, everyone gets one strike in hand before we make an issue out of it?

Krup hit cancel on the fight he lost, which isn't surprising since that's out of habit of rage canceling after you die.  He did post the three wins.  So what exactly are you contesting?  That the fight be refought and krup is still declared the winner since there are already 3 victories on the books?

Grizz, don't worry I have no agenda or dog in this fight, I just find it somewhat ironic given some of the...ahem....previous statements made by some  I personally wouldn't want to be anywhere around this stuff given the previous demands for strict "adherence" to the rules some demanded

Most likely not, since Krup has a brain and knows how to film and follow simple rules.

I don't see how a rematch will be possible since Drspek cannot film apparently.  I guess Krup will win by forfeit.

As far as I'm concerned I could have done better and Spek won the fights, but he did fail to follow the rules by not fixing his problem w/ recording films. If B.E. comes on and confirms a rematch and spek forfeits to that, besides not having all the films which he should, he still won the first round fights, no doubt there.

Maybe if you watch my film you'll see I did.. oh, that's right.. you don't have them.. oh well.

Forgot to edit my post like the cool kids, sorry.

I don't remember calling him a liar.

Although I don't understand the last part of this sentance he was simply called on a technicality and the final bracket reflects that.  I made the best unbiased ruling that I could under difficult circumstances and gave him the option to refight the duels which he declined to do.
