if your squad has it's own domain then why not use your FTP service for that domain/website and upload to your website's space to host your films as needed???

I think that would be the most easiest and more convenient

This is a good point TC and I will do this in future.   The other thing was zipping up files into one download but I bet there are quite a few people who would not know how to unzip them at the other end.

should not be a problem concerning zipped files....... Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 all have a natvie unzipping utility built in to the OS........ the OS automatically recognizes the file as a zipped folder that can be extracted
