Just to chime in on something that was mentioned earlier- Rehab is critical. I've known guys who had similar injuries, one did his rehab, the other didn't. The difference is night and day. IMO the rehab is 80% of the healing process. By the fact you went back to work with a recently reattached finger, I can take a moderately educated guess how 'easy' you'll take it, but try to follow the doctor's advice as much as you can, it'll pay big down the road.
